"The Nutcracker" was originally written by E.T.A. Hoffmann and later turned into the world famous ballet by Tchaikovsky. No wonder we decided to give the nutcrackers opponnent "the Mouse King" an outfit to rule them all. Wearing his royal-blue cloak, the precious crown and his sword he seems ready to lead the Mouse Army against the Nutcracker in the first act of the play. Fairly not succeeding, but always remembered, he is one of the main characters in the ballet. The relation between Tchaikovsky's masterpiece and christmas is as old as the creation itself and even been an essential perfomance throughout that time since then.
